What have been your biggest challenges? How did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge we face is finding the right skills and building the right team. In a fast growing company the skills we need evolve and change rapidly so it can be a challenge to find the right people.
What have been your greatest successes?
Although we have gained a lot of momentum in our first few years, we believe that we still have a long way to go. Nevertheless, we always celebrate our victories. Building an exceptional team of people and being able to attract some of the top talent in the country is something we are extremely proud of.
What are your top tips for SMEs?
Make sure to manage your budget wisely and invest your resources in a few targeted goals.
