UK’s fastest growing founder-led private businesses

Britain’s fastest-growing, founder-led private companies have been revealed in the FEBE Growth 100 2024. John Maffioli, FEBE co-founder, said: “This list reveals the fastest growing founder-led companies in the UK. The FEBE Growth 100 is where you’ll find some of the most talented entrepreneurs, exciting companies and incredible teams.”

The FEBE Growth 100 2024 – now in its third consecutive year – is populated with compelling fast-growing businesses, built and run by inspirational founders who’ve dared to dream and author their own entrepreneurial stories.

Hertfordshire-based natural, refillable cleaning brand Purdy & Figg – pictured above – tops the list. It was founded by best friends Purdy Rubin and Charlotte Figg in 2020, when they launched their range of sustainable, non-toxic, essential oil scented cleaning products. Today, Purdy’s sons Charlie and Jack have taken the reins as co-CEOs with Charlotte and Purdy focussing on product innovation.

Another FEBE Growth 100 top 10 company is jewellery brand D. Louise, created by Olivia Jenkins, Jack Zambakides and Oli Smithson in 2021 and named after Olivia’s mother Deborah Louise, whom Olivia lost to cancer in 2017.

Also in the list you’ll find Luxe Collective, founded in 2018 by brothers Ben Gallagher and Joe Gallagher, who were invested in by Diary of a CEO and Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett. Revive Collagen, co-founded by The Only Way Is Essex star Samantha Faiers, also makes the list.

These founders and many more will soon appear on FEBE.com’s ‘FEBE’s Founder Stories’, telling their unique tales and sharing their insights in front of the FEBE cameras.

FEBE: Much more than a list

Commenting on the new FEBE Growth 100 List, FEBE co-founder Charlotte Quince said: “We’re excited to publish this year’s Growth 100. However, FEBE is so much more than a list. We are a network of founders determined to empower and support one another. FEBE founders regularly meet up to gain insights from and help each other. Being an entrepreneur has been too lonely for too long. FEBE is here to change that.

“Founders have a home in FEBE. The founders in our list – and FEBE legends that have appeared in previous lists – work together to share ideas and support each other. Together, we want to celebrate founders who are the heartbeat of the UK economy. Their contributions go beyond the bottom line; as they inspire, create, and drive positive change. We bring these founders together throughout the year at our exclusive events and we share their incredible stories.”

Former Dragon’s Den Dragon and FEBE Growth 100 Ambassador Jenny Campbell added: “I’m proud to be part of something that celebrates and supports entrepreneurs and their companies. The FEBE Growth 100 focuses on true entrepreneurialism. Founders are unique: their experiences, vision and resilience are unlike anything else.”
